Heather began her career in window cleaning at age 17, working alongside her father and brother. Over time, she developed a strong work ethic and a deep appreciation for diligent effort. After completing her college education, she briefly explored roles as a graphic artist, focusing on brand logo and label restoration for a small company. However, she ultimately sought new opportunities, feeling unfulfilled in that position. In 2016, Heather rejoined Ryder Window Cleaning, taking on a managerial role and eventually becoming the company’s owner. Since then, she has continued to excel in her work, viewing each day as an opportunity for growth and new challenges.
John joined Ryder Window Cleaning in 2017, where he diligently acquired the necessary skills for the profession. He rapidly progressed from a novice to a highly skilled professional. Currently, he partners with Heather in both business and personal ventures.
